If you are ordering a pendant that will be infused with sand from a special place and time, ash from a loved one, or ash from a beloved pet, please rest assured that your precious content will never be compromised.
Each pendant is carefully made by hand. No two will ever be the same.
To create your pendant we only need a small portion of your organic content. The amount of sand that remains in your shoe after a stroll on the beach is truly enough to create a beautiful pendant. And no more than a ¼ teaspoon of ash is enough to create a memorial pendant.
Please follow these instructions for sending us your cherished memories:
1. DO NOT SEND ALL THE ASHES or SAND THAT YOU POSSESS. This is extremely important as we cannot be responsible if the ash, sand, or pendant is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping to or from
J. Xavier.
2. Please gather approximately ¼ of a teaspoon of ash or sand (or less if that is all that you possess)
3. Place the content that you have gathered into a tightly sealed airtight container such as a secure zip lock plastic bag or small plastic container. Make sure the container is tightly sealed and none of the contents can spill out during shipping.
4. Place the plastic bag/container in a small shipping box and send it to us at the following address:

It is up to your discretion as to how the package is shipped. J. Xavier, Inc. is not responsible for packages, or the contents of packages, that are lost, stolen or damaged in shipping, or that are never received by J. Xavier, Inc.
Each J. Xavier pendant is a hand made custom creation. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery of your order. Delivery times may vary. If you would like an order expedited, please contact customerservice@jxavier.net or call Customer Service at (619)955-8780. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. An extra charge may be added for expedited orders.
